How do I make a return?

If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, submit a return within 14 business days of delivery. You’ll be prompted to submit attachments of proof.

Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed.

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or specific items
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing shipping method
  • Changing color/size of items(s)
  • Addition or removal of item(s)
  • Changing or adding a discount code

For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.
