INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP POLICY

Effective Date: July 19, 2025

1. OVERVIEW

This policy establishes the commission structure and performance expectations for Influencers and Models promoting Value Boy Fashion. It applies to all individuals who advertise Value Boy products and/or feature in product photoshoots for the brand.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Influencers and Models are eligible for commission based on their performance tier as follows:

  1. Junior Influencers/Models – Earn 10% commission on all net sales of products they advertise or model.

  2. Senior Influencers/Models – Earn 20% commission on all net sales of products they advertise or model.

3. TIER CLASSIFICATION & PROMOTON CRITERIA

  1. Junior Influencer/Model
    All new Influencers and Models start at this level and receive (1) 10% commission on attributed product sales (2) Standard product campaign access

 

  1. Senior Influencer/Model
    To qualify as a Senior Influencer/Model, the following requirements must be met (1) Achieve a minimum of 100 confirmed product sales through their referral code or campaign appearance. (2) Maintain active brand promotion, including regular content posting and
    positive brand representation. (3) Be in good standing with the brand (no violations of content policy, deadlines, or collaboration terms). Senior status is reviewed and granted by Value Boy Management on a rolling basis.

4. COMMISSION ELEGIBILITY

To earn commission:

  1. The product must be attributed to the Influencer/Model via a unique referral code, affiliate link, or product listing featuring their image.
  2. Sales must occur through an official Value Boy sales channel (website, marketplace, or verified retail outlet).

  3. Content used must comply with brand guidelines and be published on platforms approved by Value Boy.

5. COMMISSION & PAYOUT TERMS

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 10th business day of the following month.

  1. A detailed sales and commission report will be provided each month.

  2. Payments are made via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or any other approved method.

6. CONTENT & BRADNING USUAGE

All content created during Value Boy photoshoots is the exclusive
property of Value Boy.

  1. Influencers/Models grant the brand unlimited rights to use their images, likeness, and content in advertising, digital campaigns, catalogs, and social media.

  2. Influencers/Models are expected to publish at least two brand-related posts per campaign cycle to remain active.

7. EXCLUSIONS

Commission is not awarded for:

  1. Refunded or cancelled orders
  2. Sales not properly tracked to the influencer/model
  3. Wholesale or bulk orders outside the affiliate system
  4. Any violation of brand policy or contract terms

8. TERMINATIONS & AMENDMENTS

  1. Value Boy reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this policy with a 30-day notice.
  2. Any influencer/model found misrepresenting the brand, falsifying data, or breaching agreement terms may forfeit commissions and be removed from the program.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By participating in any Value Boy campaign or content shoot, you agree to the terms of this Commission Policy and consent to the conditions for commission earnings and promotional responsibilities.
